EARLY REGISTRATION

For early registration until Friday 31/3/2017 a conference fee of 350 Euros is foreseen. The fee covers:

• 2 coffee/tea breaks per day,
• a daily working meal at the hotel’s main restaurant (buffet),
• a welcome reception on Sunday 14/5/2017 with local specialties (buffet),
• a gala dinner (set) on Thursday 18/5/2017 with music, dance and a lot of fun.

For accompanying persons and for children older than 12 years the fee amounts to 200 Euros, while for children between 5 and 12 years a fee of 100 Euros is payable. In case that these persons don’t take daily meals at the hotel the fee decreases to 100 and 30 euros respectively. For children of 0-4 years there is no charge.

LATE REGISTRATION

For late registration after Friday 31/3/2017 the fee increases to 400 Euros.

For accompanying persons and children the fee remains as mentioned above.

Late registration is also possible on sight at the Workshop’s registration desk. In this case the conference fee is to be paid only in cash. Τhe desk will be open on Sunday 14/5/2017 from 18.00 – 20.00 and each day after from 8.30 to 13.30.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All fees should be paid in EUROS, free of bank transfer charges. Give, please, in your payment order as reason the code C200/YOUR LAST NAME/PATRAS WORKSHOP and bring a copy of your payment order with you for administrative reasons. Your registration will be completed after payment.
