Workshop excursion

On Wednesday 17/5/2017, in the afternoon, an excursion is scheduled. It will bring us to the archaeological site of Vergina / Aiges, the first capital of the ancient kingdom of Macedonia. The excavation in 1977 brought to light the most important archaeological discovery of the 20th century in Greece, the royal Macedonian tombs.

After Vergina we will visit one of the many wineries of Northern Greece where, after a tour of the winery, participants will have the chance to taste various wines of local production, accompanied by plates with original Greek food products.

More information about the excursion’s program will follow in time. At the moment the estimated cost per participant is up to 50 Euros, payable on site.
